How the $1,000 credit works
Fund your wallet and Valian matches your first $1,000. Keep that credit by finishing three simple things in your first 30 days — training, three check-ins, and a referral or review.

The $1,000 credit is a founding-customer match on your first wallet deposit. Put $1,000 into your Valian wallet and we add a matching $1,000 credit, so you start with $2,000 of spending power. You keep that matched $1,000 for free by finishing three simple things in your first 30 days. If you don't, the $1,000 is simply charged to your card, so you've paid for the credit you used. Nothing is ever locked either way.
Tip
Think of it as earn-it, not a coupon. The credit is already sitting in your wallet working for you from day one. The checklist just decides whether the matched half stays free.
How the wallet and the match fit together
Valian bills for what you use, so your account runs on a prepaid wallet. You load it (most practices start at $1,000), and each thing Amy does — answering calls, sending texts and emails, verifying insurance — draws down the balance. When the balance gets low, auto-reload tops it back up so the phones never stop.
Your first deposit is special: we match it.
- You deposit $1,000 into your wallet.
- We match it with $1,000 in credit.
- You get $2,000 to spend.
Every draw-down is itemized, so your usage is fully traceable in Billing. To see how metering works, read How is my usage metered and invoiced?.
The three things that keep your credit
Your Billing tab shows a live checklist with what's done and what's left. Finish all three within your first 30 days and the matched $1,000 is yours, free.
- Complete your training. Finish the short video modules in the Help Center. Your progress is tracked automatically, so this line checks itself off the moment you finish the last module — nothing to submit.
- Meet with us three times. These are your onboarding check-in calls in the first 30 days. They make sure Amy is tuned to your practice and you're getting full value.
- Refer a practice or leave a review. Send another practice our way, or share a short testimonial about your experience. Either one counts.
Note
The checklist is a progress tracker, not a gate. Amy keeps working and your wallet keeps drawing down no matter where you are on the list. The only thing the checklist affects is whether the matched $1,000 stays free.
Where to track your progress
Open the Billing tab and look for the credit checklist near your wallet balance. It reads straight from what you've actually done — your training completion, your check-in calls, and your referral or review — and shows done or remaining for each. Because the training line is tied to your real progress in the Help Center, it updates on its own as you watch the modules.
What happens if you don't finish
If the 30-day window closes and the checklist isn't complete, the $1,000 match is charged to your card. That's the whole downside: you pay for the credit you already had the benefit of using. Your practice keeps running exactly as before, and your wallet keeps working normally. There is no penalty beyond paying for the match, and no interruption to Amy.
Frequently asked questions
Is the $1,000 real money I can spend right away? Yes. It's in your wallet as spending power from day one, alongside your own deposit. The checklist only decides whether the matched half ends up free or billed.
What's the deadline? Finish the three items within your first 30 days of onboarding. This is a founding-customer offer, so it may close to new practices once the cohort is full.
Is my own deposit refundable? Your first $1,000 deposit is refundable if you're not satisfied within 30 days and you ask before your next wallet reload. After that, a refund is limited to your remaining wallet balance, and it doesn't include the promotional match credit.
Does the credit expire if I don't use it? No. It sits in your wallet and draws down with normal usage like the rest of your balance. The 30-day window is about the checklist, not about spending the credit in time.
How is my training progress counted? Automatically. As you complete Help Center modules, your progress is recorded and the training line on the Billing checklist updates itself. You never have to report it or upload anything.
Who do I ask about my credit? Message your onboarding contact, submit a ticket from the Help Center, or email onboarding@valiansystems.com. We're happy to walk through where you stand and what's left.
