Thirty minutes with our team where we size your monthly plan from your own numbers: your monthly appointments, your call volume, and whether your practice takes insurance. You leave with your monthly price, not a rate card.
Do I need to have watched the whole video?+
No. If you have, we skip the basics and go straight to your practice. If you have not, tell us on the call and we will cover what matters to you.
Is this a sales pitch?+
It is a working session. If your practice management system is not ready or the math does not work for you, we will say so on the call. Nobody negotiates price, so there is nothing to haggle over.
What does it cost to run Valian?+
Valian is one monthly plan, sized to your practice. At 120 appointments a month, the Full System is $769 a month, or $692 a month when you pay every 3 months, with 480 call minutes, 960 texts and emails and 90 insurance checks included. Communications is the same plan without insurance checks: $589 a month, or $530 a month when you pay every 3 months. Past what’s included, nothing stops: $1.00 a minute, $0.25 a text or email, $2.50 a check. Phone lines are $10 a month each.
