After you send a fix request
A fix request goes straight to our team, not to an automated queue. Here's what happens next and how to check on it.
Updated Sep 23, 2026
There is no automated re-check in this product; your office runs every check by hand. When something looks wrong on a result, a fix request sends it to our team instead.
What happens after you send one
- Your fix request is numbered (like IV-1042) so you can refer back to it.
- A person on our team looks into it, working directly with the carrier or the patient's information as needed.
- You get a reply on the same thread once it's resolved, with what changed and why.
Checking on a fix request
Open Help › Your tickets to see every request your office has sent, its status, and our reply. A fix request that's still open shows as Open or In progress; a resolved one shows Answered.
When to send one
Send a fix request when a result looks wrong: the wrong member ID, a carrier that should recognize your practice but doesn't, or coverage that doesn't match what the patient told you. See The carrier does not have your practice on file and A verification failed, what do I do? for the most common cases.
