Do I need my practice management system connected?
No. You can sign in and start checking patients without connecting anything. Connecting your practice system is a separate product at $250 a month, billed on its own.
What happens if the payer cannot find the patient?
We tell you exactly what came back and which field looks wrong. Fill in every box we ask for and a check we cannot find costs you nothing.
Is this only for dental practices?
Dental is the main focus and the payer coverage is deepest there. Chiropractic, dermatology and urgent care are supported too.
How many people at the office can use it?
Everyone. There are no per-seat fees, so the whole front desk can run checks.
