How to cancel
You can cancel any time in Settings. No phone call needed.

You can cancel any time from Settings › Plan & billing › Cancel plan. No phone call needed, and there's no cancellation fee.
What you'll see
- Click Cancel plan. If a smaller plan would have covered your last month, we offer it first as a way to keep going for less, instead of cancelling. This step is skipped when a smaller plan wouldn't have covered what you actually ran last month.
- Click Continue cancelling and we offer 50% off your next month's plan charge, once. This offer is available once per office every 12 months.
- Decline, and your plan is cancelled: checks stop, and you keep access through the date you already paid for.
On a yearly plan
A yearly plan keeps running through the year you already paid for. Instead of the smaller-plan and half-price offers, a yearly office is offered its own plan on month-to-month billing starting when the paid year ends, with no discount.
Your data
Valian keeps your verification records after you cancel; we delete them only on your practice's written request.
Changed your mind?
You can start a new plan again any time from the same page.
