Reading your invoice
Two charges a month: one for your plan, and one for the checks you ran.

Each billing month, your office is charged twice: once for your plan, and once for the checks you ran that month. Both charges land in Settings › Plan & billing › Invoices.
The two charges
- Your plan. The same amount every month (or once a year, if you pay yearly). This is your software fee, and it doesn't change based on how many checks you ran.
- Your checks. A separate charge on the same day as your plan, for every found check you ran that month, billed on the price ladder. A not-found check with every required box filled in costs nothing and isn't on this charge.
Checks this month, at a glance
Settings › Plan & billing shows a day-by-day track of this month's checks toward your limit, and the exact ladder math behind this month's checks charge: how many checks landed in each price step, and the running total.
No processing fees
No processing fees. Sales tax is added where a state requires it, shown as its own line when it applies.
