Moving down a plan
It starts on your next payment date. There is no refund, and you can undo it before then.

You can move to a smaller plan any time, from Settings › Plan & billing › Change plan. Unlike an upgrade, a downgrade doesn't take effect immediately.
- Open Settings › Plan & billing and choose Change plan.
- Pick a smaller plan.
- You'll see the date your new, smaller plan starts: your next payment date.
- Confirm. Nothing changes today. Your current plan and limit keep running until then.
What this costs
There is no refund for the plan you already paid for this month. You keep your current plan's limit and price through the rest of this billing month, and the smaller plan's price and limit begin on your next payment date.
Changing your mind
You can undo a scheduled downgrade any time before it takes effect, from the same Change plan screen. Undoing it keeps your current plan running with no change.
If you're on a yearly plan, moving down keeps your yearly billing: the smaller plan's yearly price starts when your current paid year ends, not before.
