Dental revenue cycle management, stage by stage.
The revenue cycle is everything between a patient booking and the practice being paid in full. Valian runs the front of it today: every call answered and insurance checked in real time. Claims and collections are in development, and we are now taking our first offices.

Check before the visit
Eligibility, frequencies, waiting periods and the remaining maximum, checked before the patient sits down, so the plan and the estimate match.
Save what came back
The carrier’s answer saved on the patient’s page, so whoever sends the claim sees exactly what the plan said that day.
Tell the patient early
A patient who knows their share before the visit pays it at the visit, and the balance never reaches a statement.

The things practices ask first.
What is dental revenue cycle management?
Everything a practice does to get paid for its work: verifying insurance, estimating what the patient owes, sending claims, following each claim until it pays, posting payments, working denials and collecting patient balances.
Which parts does Valian handle today?
The front of the cycle: booking and reminders (Amy answers every call and runs two-way texting, reminders and recall) and real-time insurance verification. Claims, status tracking, payment posting and denial follow-up are in development.
Is dental RCM software or a service?
Both exist. Some companies sell software your team runs; others are outsourced teams that do the work. Many offices mix the two.
Where do revenue problems start?
Often before the claim is ever sent: coverage that was not checked, a frequency that was already used, a waiting period nobody saw, or an estimate that left the patient surprised. That is why the cycle starts with verification.
Can I join as one of the first offices for claims?
Yes. Book a call and tell us your claims a month, your main carriers and what is unpaid today. We sign a BAA before any file moves, and we never pick your codes: we send what your office coded.
