How Full System and Communications plans work
One monthly plan per location, sized to your appointments a month. Call minutes and texts are included, and the Full System includes insurance checks too.

The Full System and Communications are monthly plans, one per location. Your plan is sized to how many appointments your practice sees a month, and it is described by what it includes: call minutes, texts and emails, and on the Full System, insurance checks.
The two plans
- Full System: calls, texts, emails and insurance verification.
- Communications: the same plan without insurance verification.
What a plan includes
Every 100 appointments a month include 400 call minutes and 800 texts and emails. The Full System also includes 75 insurance checks for every 100 appointments. The smallest plan is sized for 50 appointments a month.
For example, at 120 appointments a month:

Paying monthly or every 3 months
You can pay every month, or pay every 3 months up front and save 10% on the plan. Phone lines and add-ons are never discounted.
Past what is included
Nothing stops. Extra use is added to that month's bill: $1.00 a minute, $0.25 a text or email, and $2.50 a check on the Full System.
Phone lines
Each phone line Valian manages for you is $10 a month, on its own line of your bill.
