Sensei Cloud is built by Carestream Dental and runs as cloud. Practices that run it are usually in general dentistry. Carestream's cloud successor to its server products. Valian sits on top of it: nothing is replaced, nothing is migrated, and your team keeps charting and billing in Sensei Cloud exactly as it does today.
How the direct Sensei Cloud connection will work
Because Sensei Cloud runs in the browser, the connection is made with the credentials your practice already has, and confirmed with your office manager. Nothing is installed on a server in your office and nothing about how Carestream Dental hosts your data changes.
Going live with Sensei Cloud
You do not have to wait for the connection to be finished before Amy starts working. Once your existing phone number forwards to her, she answers every call and text and captures what each patient needs.
