What happens after the two-film bitewings
For a child, the film usually leads to a sealant (D1351) on a molar with deep grooves or a small filling (D2391), and each carries its own plan rule: sealants often have an age limit and a per-tooth clock, fillings drop to the basic percentage. For an adult, the next line is a filling billed after the deductible. Either way, the parent at checkout wants a number, and the desk that already ran the check has the sealant age limit and the basic percentage on screen.
